A Horrible Ending To High School

My high school boyfriend died a day before i turned 18, the day i was going to pack up my stuff, we were going to elope and turned away to South Dakota where he worked there and had been living there for two months at this point. He was older, handsome, ex-military and i adored him. He called from the road and we exchanged the following words before he passed: Me,'I love you, i look forward to seeing you tonight. You mean the world to me, you're my everything'. Him, 'I love you too. I'd die a happy man if those words were the last words I ever heard'. His phone records showed that was the last conversation he had on his phone, he was hit by a trunk driver less than five minutes.
Moral from this true life story:
1) We should watch what we say because there's power in the tongue.
2) God may not be in support of eloping, never take a decision without consulting Him first.

The Story Of Joyce Meyer, Popular Christian Author

Joyce Meyer was born as Pauline Joyce Hutchison on June 4, 1943 in St Louis. Young Joyce was taken care of by her mother initially, as her father served the army during the second world war.
After her father's return from the army, Joyce was shattered, as he abused her not just sexually but mentally, emotionally and verbally as well. He was a controlling person.
The exploitation left a deep imprint as she developed a derogatory sense of self. Though she looked perfect to onlookers, she had become a victim of multiple personality disorder. She went to school but could not concentrate, neither was she allowed to participate in any after-school activities.
At a young age, she was filled with a sense of self pity. She was hardly manageable and developed a manipulative, insecure and harsh behavior. She experienced a feeling of guilt and adopted a negative thinking that was powered by suspicion. Worst was that she never felt safe anywhere.
Despite being victim of the maltreatment, Joyce did not give up on her studies and completed her graduation from O'Fallon Technical High School in St Louis.
Following her graduation, she got married to a part time car sales man but the marriage hit the rocks in just five years. She then married Dave Meyer in 1967. Meyer had an influential effect on her, who with his support and encouragement calmed down a bit.
She was driving to work in 1976 that she claimed to have receive a personal message from God. The incident left a deep impact on her as she discovered a real love for God's words and inculcated an ability to understand and comprehend it completely.
She became an active member of Life Christian Center. Soon she was appointed as the church's associate pastor. Her teachings of the Bible gained so much popularity that the church became one of the leading churches in the area.
In 1985, she resigned as an associate pastor and founded her own ministry.
In 1993, her husband, Dave Meyer persuaded her to expand her network to television as well. Television ministry was started under the name, 'Enjoying Everyday Life' which became a huge hit.
Over the years, she has authored nearly 100 books, which have been translated in more than 100 languages and have catered to about 12 million readers and critics have led her to become one of the New York Times best selling authors.
She claims that it's through her teachings that she aims at meeting the needs of the suffering and make people reach out to Gospel in a practical way.
In 2009, Joyce Meyer Ministries received accreditation from the Evangelical Council For Financial Accountability(ECFA).

The Product Of A Very Creepy Affair

My dad was married two times before my mom. When he was with his second wife, he would travel a lot for work. One night, he came home to find his wife in bed with another man. Actually, walked in on them. He left the room and came back with a gun. Shot the man dead, and wounded his wife. He turned himself in immediately and was sent to prison. He was sentenced to 10 years in a maximum security prison.
In the last year, he was in prison (which was the 4th year he got out for good behaviour and since the judge ruled it a crime of passion), he met the prison minister. The prison minister was my mom. My dad is a murderer, my mom was the minister. I am the product of a conjugal visit.

Justice Must Prevail 2

James was given a beffiting burial but the fact was that, how would they get proper justice?.
Before he died, he left a note for them and also gave them the number of the Inspector General of Police but how would they approach him?
The following morning after his burial was an occupied one, Adelakun's parents went to the prison with food and some other items as well as assured him that he was to be freed. His parents wanted his release badly since he had accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Saviour. After they visited the prison, they called the Inspector General of police and requested for an audience but unfortunately, he's an ally of Mr. Williams so they decided to let God have his way.
Andrew recently defrauded an American woman but unfortunately for him, she took a step forward by coming to Nigeria. On his way to GK Club, he had an accident and he died instantly.
Michelle who worked for the U.S government showed up at Mr. Williams' house after she scrutinized the web and servers for his information. She met everyone in mourning, they were shocked to see her. She asked what the problem was and someone told her that Andrew died yesterday night in a ghastly motor accident, she was shocked as well. She said, 'I'm here to arrest your son, he defrauded me of thirty thousand dollars'. His father responded, 'Please i don't know what you're talking about, I'm rich so he had no reason for defrauding people and he's dead'. A woman who was with the family told the woman that they were not in the mood for that.
Michelle arrested his father but what surprised her was that the police officers respected him. He was tried to court with the murder of Dr. Gboye which he committed two years ago.
Michelle was born and brought up in Nigeria, her parents were influential. She travelled to the U.S to complete her university education and got a job over there.
She was on her way going home when she accidentally hit Folawe's car, she stopped and decided to apologise to her. It was just a minor accident but she invited her for a drink at a coffee shop. They became close and she learned about Adelakun's case. Few weeks later, he was granted amnesty and that's the end of the story.
Moral:
1) God is mysterious, no one can predict His ways.
2) Trusting in God is the antidote for horrible situations you may find yourself.
3) Everyone deserves a second chance.
4) Learn to forgive others as God also forgives.
5) Gal. 6:7 says, 'Be not deceived for God is not mocked. Whatever you sow you shall reap'.
When you don't have anyone to fight for you, let God handle it.

Justice Must Prevail

Adelakun was just eighteen years old when he had to steal an Iphone from Chief Davies, a politician and was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment while Andrew murdered the son of Engineer Jolaogun, a political activist and TV personality but was granted a bail.
Adelakun's parents, Folawe and Adeyemi Olaosebikan was sitting in the living room watching the news on TV and also lamenting on the refusal of payment of salaries by the government when he suddenly stormed in moodily and quietly sat beside them and said 'Dad, I need to pay my school fees before I can write the exam'. His parents looked at him scornfully and his dad responded,'I understand but we're yet to receive our salaries, I'll accompany you to your school tomorrow to have a chat with the principal'. 'Ok dad', he said and went to his room.
It's been three months now and they're yet to be paid, which is their right. Adelakun's parents could no longer cater for his needs thereby looking for a way to make money for himself. He joined the bad guys in school and he resorted to stealing instead of him to be patient and contented.
He became a tout for Chief Davies whereas his parents saw him as a good boy in school. He started skipping classes and started pretending for his parents that he was actually going to school.
He needed a certain amount of money for a field trip and since he couldn't get the money from his parents. He decided to steal Chief Davies' Iphone but unfortunately, he was caught in the process. His parents were shocked when they were contacted to visit the police station. They couldn't control their tears, 'He was a good boy', they lamented. He was tried and was sentenced to ten years imprisonment.
Engineer Jolaogun is a close friend of Chief Davies, he has made some enemies and he later discovered that someone was after his son's life but it was too late to save him. It was the son of Mr. Williams called Andrew who was also a fraudster that murdered him over the case of a high position. He too was arrested but due to his parents' influence, the two parties both reconciled after Chief Davies was offered thirty five million naira to ease his loss and he was granted a bail.
An honest police offer who knew about the murder wanted a proper justice, Andrew should be killed and the worst part of it is that he's not remorseful.
James(the honest police offer) who was influential was the lost cousin of Adelakun's father that was reconciled to the family recently, he also learned about Adelakun's case and was furious. He stole an Iphone and he was remorseful, in fact he's a changed boy but was still sentenced to ten years imprisonment, he cried almost everyday while Andrew who committed murder and unrepentful was set free. He was on his way going home when he had an accident and died instantly, he was actually murdered by Mr. Williams.
Should we continue to embrace injustice and to be denied our rights? Watch out for Justice Must Prevail 2.
Moral:

2) Mind the kind of friends you keep, some are wolfs in sheep' clothing.
Peer group matters in the life of everyone.
3) Our God is a God of a second chance. We shouldn't condemn anybody but rather show love to such a person. James wouldn't want to help him if he was not truly remorseful. Was he going to be set free? How?

How To Write A Hit Song

1) Get a simple hook: Hooks don't come any simpler than one with a catch phrase especially the one that's easy to remember. Hit songs that have used phrases includes 'Johnny', 'Kukere', etc. I'm not a fan of naija hip hop though.
2) Write a lot of songs: To be able to craft a hit song, an artiste needs to be continually writing and recording songs because you never know which one may be a hit.
3) Always freestyle: Freestyling is good when you're working on a track, most especially when you already have a beat.
4) Get a unique dance: Hit songs that have used this includes 'Oya Dab', 'Azonto', etc.
5) Record and rehearse over and over: Recording your track is not the end, keep working on it. Rehearsing will familiarise you with all your sounds & techniques so you can perform better.
6) Infuse pidgin English/local language: Infuse local dialect or sing completely in a local language.
Your audience will easily relate to it and those who don't understand it are fascinated by it.
7) Get a good producer: A producer crafts the beat for your song and polishes it or may help in the process of writing. A music producer will make or mar your song so choose carefully.
8) Stay humble and learn: As an artiste, you need to be humble and know that there's always something new to learn. Being humble and subtle is one of the ways of crafting a hit song.

Her parents were poor and was satisfied that she was not impregnated by a poor man.
She was not regarded as a wife but as a maid, she only washed his clothes and cooked his food, she was satisfied with that since she ate good food and wore nice clothes. It dawned on her that her life was miserable when he brought another lady named Catherine into the house who is a successful fashion designer. Her situation became more miserable when Katy started sending her on an errand and had to serve her food and wash her clothes as well. She complained to her parents but they were mad at her for wanting to quit living luxurious life.
She decided to run away when he introduced her as a maid and the other lady as his fiancée.
Her friend accommodated her and she gave birth to a boy shortly after absconding from her wretched life though it was comfortable. She made up her mind to become an actress, Sam and his fiancée must see me on TV.
She managed to get a scholarship to study Acting at the prestigious New York Film Academy, within the next six months, she was out of the country with her baby.
Her parents lost all hope on her, Sam and Katy was not bothered about her escape and her parents couldn't fight them because of their poor background.
Few years later, Foluke had started acting in movies and TV shows after graduation. She met Duncan at Griffy Awards and they started seeing each other since then.
Sam was dumbfounded when he saw Folu on TV and called on his wife to come see her, she couldn't believe her eyes. Folu's net worth is gradually growing and now $1 Million through endorsement deals and others.
Her kid sister, Fola shouted to their parents to come see their daughter in an American movie. She has really grown into a beautiful young woman, they exclaimed and started shedding tears.
There was a knock on the door, Fola opened the door and to her greatest surprise it was her sister carrying a baby girl, standing with a man and a young boy, she could recognise her even though it's been eight years. She called on her parents with excitement, they dashed to the living room and started shedding tears of joy. She apologised to her parents but they told her they should be the one to apologise. She introduced her husband to them and her baby, it was indeed a reunion. Her mom got dressed and walked out of the house without telling anyone where she was going. Few hours later, she was back with Sam. He was shocked to see her, she looked like a princess and desired to divorce Katy and get legally married to her but when he realised she's married with a child, he hated himself. She introduced Sam to her husband and Sean to his father.
Sam was in a bad mood till the rest of the day, he realised he only loved her.
Moral:
1) You don't know the value of what you have unless you lose it
2) a neat fifty naira cannot be valued as a dirty one thousand naira, do not base people's worth on what you see

Ability in Disability

All i wanted in life was to become a famous singer, I lost my parents when i was just ten and it was just me and my younger brother Joel. We moved to our uncle's house on that unfortunate day. It was as if my uncle was waiting for my parent's death because after heard the news, he came over to the house to pack some of the valuable things. It was so sad losing my parents to a car accident at a young age and of course we were maltreated and stopped schooling, my uncle's wife hated us for no particular reason.
When I clock fifteen, I started developing boobs and my shape started coming out. My uncle noticed this and started making advances to me but I refused and he said he won't send me back to school if I don't give him a chance, I was shocked that my uncle could be so cruel but he was nice to us when our parents were alive. I made up my mind to leave the house leaving my brother behind, that was a difficult decision to make and prayed earnestly for him.
I moved in with a friend on a condition that i will be the one doing the house chores, let me just say i must be her maid. I got a job as a cleaner in a supermarket but the salary is just 8,000 naira per month, i had no choice but to take it. I should have stayed with my uncle but i cherish my virginity and will not lose it to just anyone because it's a precious gift from God, i don't care if i suffer. The righteous will never be forsaken, i had no choice but to depend on the word of God even though it looked stupid and sometimes i looked like a fool but i never stopped believing not until i met Jude.
I met him at the club where i worked at night, my friend advised me to sleep with men for money because she believed it's the quickest and best way to make ends meet and rescue my brother. Jude ordered drink for everyone in the club and was interested in me, I gave him my phone number and we started going out. I was happy that I found a rich man who will put an end to my struggle not knowing that I was only deceiving myself. He rented an apartment for me and I moved out of my friend's place, he gave me a job in his company when I insisted that I must work and he also bought me a car.
We dated for five months not until I heard that he was getting married, I confronted him and he gave me a rather shocking response. He said I'm just a whore who was needy, he needed sex and he was willing to purchase it. A successful woman is the one who sees a man with money as a bonus not a ladder to upgrade, he also said he can never get married to someone like me. His fiance was a fashion designer who owns a clothing line.
Was I whore? I couldn't get this out of my mind. His wife terminated my appointment and sent me out of the house, she believed I was still dating her husband. Sex before marriage is a sin, fornication and I know I'm supposed to keep my virginity till wedding night but can't God just forgive me? After asking for forgiveness but some people are living in sin and their lives are getting better everyday and why is my case so different? It led to dementia and I was admitted to a psychiatric hospital where i spent six months. I have no place to go because my friend has travelled and won't be back soon and no one is ready to help me either, I should have just allowed my uncle to have sex with me and I would've gone back to school.
I was walking carelessly on the street when a car packed beside me and a lady called me, I looked towards her direction and behold it was my class teacher when I was in primary five but I was surprised she could recognise me so easily may be it was God's intervention. I came to your uncle's house when you stopped coming to school and I also learned that you've lost your parents to a car accident, I'm really sorry for your loss, she said. I told her I have no place to go and she took me to her house, I told her everything I've been through and she decided to help me. She sent me back to school and I was very happy, she took my brother away from my uncle and enrolled him back at school. I finished my secondary education and I got a scholarship to study cinematography in the U.S
I had been singing before I travelled to further my education, I released my debut single 'Happy Ending' and collaborated with a famous musician, everyone loved my music. I was now sponsoring myself but God used Miss Johnson to save my life and destiny. I met a man called Alex, he's a serial entrepreneur and we'll be getting married soon.
